On 6 and 7 of May 2013 in Jalal-Abad held seminars by creating and contenting the municipal web-site. Representatives of eight village municipalities and two district state administrations of Issyk-Kul and Jalal-Abad oblasts participated in seminar. Total number of the participants was 21 persons.
During the seminar participants were presented several themes, concerning the necessity of web-site, its functionality and mission. Web-designer of Weltkind’s studio
Konstantin Velichko was invited as a trainer. After the finishing theoretical part participants could determine their auditory and mission of their future site.
By the end of the seminar participants made up an approximate plan to start working by creating municipal site – representative from each municipality presented his own plan, according which they have to approve it on session of local kenesh.
In January 2013 within the project SVASVOBP was announced competition by creating municipal site among the village municipalities of Jalal-Abad and Issyk-Kul oblasts. But after the discussion between the project specialists was made a decision to arrange setup seminar for all municipalities, sent applications to determine the most interested and ready ones.
