The seminar contributed to strengthening the engagement of women and youth in the district’s economic development processes and supported the implementation of the District Socio-Economic Development Programme (SEDP) under the “Population” and “Economic Development” priorities. A total of 103 participants attended the event, including 52 women representing vulnerable groups, youth, and local entrepreneurs.

During four thematic sessions, participants explored the fundamentals of personal and business financial planning, cash flow management in small businesses, profitability assessment tools, and key requirements for investment readiness of projects. Particular attention was given to available sources of financing, including state funds, grants, donor programmes, and private investments.

“Such seminars help build an economically active and responsible community, expand investment opportunities, and strengthen cooperation between government, business, and civil society,” noted Chairperson of the Entrepreneurs Association and member of the Coordination Council, Sairagul Israilova.

As a result of the seminar, participants enhanced their knowledge of financial literacy and the management of personal and business finances, received practical recommendations on preparing business initiatives for attracting investments, and broadened their understanding of available financing sources – including state funds, grants, donor programmes, private investments, and crowdfunding.
