The meeting by working out development strategy of the Kok-Tash AA of Jalal-Abad oblast

On 24th of June 2013 in the pilot AA Kok-Tash of Ala-Buka district in Jalal-Abad oblast was organized the meeting with work-group by working out such necessary Strategy of municipality development.

During the meeting were discussed issues by economic development of aymak, including questions about local budget, nature and human resources and also further cooperation and collaboration with mining company “Kazakhmys Gold Kyrgyzstan” for aymak development.

Besides, on 25th of June will be the meeting with initiative group of Kok-Serek pilot AA of Ala-Buka district in Jalal-Abad oblast by further plan of village development and working with searching needs of village. Before initiative group of 20 persons have finished work with people and thanks to their activity determined main problems of 4 villages, there are: potable water, roads, bridges, repair of kindergartens, schools and hospitals.

Also, on 26th of June in Kok-Serek AA will be the training-seminar by theme “Effective planning of local budget” for employees of AO, deputies of local keneshs, representatives of local community.

Experts of Development policy institute will demonstrate participants how they should correctly plan the budget, including incomes and outcomes, also opportunities for rising of incomes of local budget.
