Location: Kyrgyzstan (2 rural municipalities in each of all seven oblasts in Kyrgyzstan)
Period: December 2010 – July 2011

Objective:

• Promote public budget hearings in rural municipalities

Activities:

• Design and conduct TOT on local budget process, public access to information, public budget hearing issues.
• Design of Concept and guidelines for Competition among local governments on effective Public Budget hearing practice with real citizen participation and proper feed-back
• Advice and consulting to the main implementing partner on technical and management issues of the project
