Main tasks:
- Assisting in organization of workshops, trainings, round tables, presentations and other events of the Project
- Entering M&E, grants, learning strategy and other project data and information into the databases including PAMOJA (online platform)
- Preparing different project templates, follow up on tasks to the field, prepare general information for the reports
- Translating of written and oral communication and documents from/to Kyrgyz, Russian and English languages
- Composing and distributing of invitations / minutes for presentations and conferences organized by Project
- Filing documents in accordance with the approved PD Documentation System Procedure
- Compiling and distributing of project reports, leaflets and calendars to stakeholders, including cover letter
- Giving general information to visitors / callers about HSI, DPI and PSI
Cooperation with Communication & PR Officer to ensure visibility of Project activities and achievements, including:
- Preparing, editing and submitting information for HSI and DPI websites, Facebook pages, PAMOJA (online platform)
- Providing information for press releases and success stories drafts
- Cooperating with media representatives and ensuring coverage of project activities in the media
- Handling requests for information and data from beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders
- Assisting in preparation of reports and project overview
- Updating, inventorying and organizing the library and documentation
- Setting and keeping database of project’s contacts
- Making arrangements for workshops, presentations, meetings and trainings
- Ordering office supplies and stationary, photocopying, binding, filing, other small office work as needed or requested, including inventory of consumables
- Arranging logistical support of missions, managing flight / visa / transport issues, assist expatriates / consultants / trainees / volunteers to settle and work in the country
- Preparing orders on business trips, collecting financial documents and receipts
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation and writing skills
- Proficiency with office productivity software
- English (oral and written), Kyrgyz (oral and written) and Russian (oral and written)
- Experience in international NGO’s is preferable
