Nadezhda has more than 27 years of experience in the field of mass communications and local government as a journalist, editor, civil servant, expert in information policy, local government, project manager, head of the organization.

Author of more than 300 articles in the media, manuals and training courses on information exchange between governments and citizens, local self-government, citizen participation in the decision-making process, economic and budgetary journalism.

Carries out overall management of the Development Policy Institute, ensures the implementation of the mission and synergy of projects funded by the World Bank, the Government of Switzerland (SDC), the British Department for International Cooperation (DFID), the German Society for Technical Cooperation (GIZ), etc.

She has a Master's degree in Economics from the Bishkek University for the Humanities, a Diploma from the Institute of Federalism of the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Nadezhda also has the title of "Excellent Worker of Local Self-Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", was awarded diplomas of state bodies.

She is fluent in Russian and is able to work in English.
