How to achieve maximum paricipation of local community in public events?

Over the eight-year period of its activities, the “Voice of Citizens and Accountability of LSGs: Budget Process’ Project financed by the Government of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and implemented by the Development Policy Institute, provided assistance to local communities in 41 municipalities of Issyk-Kul, Jalal-Abad and Chui oblasts on implementation of the Citizen Participation Model in decision making in the budgetary process.
