It was established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic No. 1 of January 4, 2017, noting the contribution of the state and municipal service to the development of the country, in order to enhance the role of state and municipal administration, and also taking into account the resolution of the UN General Assembly, which proclaimed June 23 as the Day of Civil Service UN.
