Training in improving the leisure service for representatives of 17 pilot municipalities was held in Jalal-Abad

On August 15, 2017 in the city of Jalal-Abad, within the framework of the project "Public service improvement", the trainer Almakuchukov Keneshbek conducted a training to improve the leisure service for 20 representatives from 17 pilot municipalities, including the representatives of the Houses of Culture, social workers of Aiyl Okmotu, municipal enterprise employee, sport schools etc. Out of total number women composed 10, or 50% of participants.

The trainer explained to the participants the goals and objectives of the training and informed future plans on the preparation of the work plan for improving the leisure services within the project. Also, he held a general discussion and showed the possibilities of initiating the organization of services by planning events for 5-10-15 years, taking into account the needs of the local population, in particular cultural and sport events.

At the training, skills were improved through the implementation of practical work that was assigned during the last seminar, the correctness of making plans for the organization of leisure services. During the training the participants presented d drafts of their work plans for improving the leisure service. The participants of the training received knowledge and improved skills in planning and organizing the improvement of the leisure service.

Thus, along with the allocation of grant funds to improve services at the local level, within the framework of the project trainers and experts provide technical assistance and assist in the development of the skills of the pilot municipalities staff, who directly work on this issue.
