Dear colleagues and friends!
Notwithstanding any kind of crisis that could shake our civilization in upcoming 2017,
let every one of us be warmed and saved by prime treasures of our hearts –
love, family and own home.
And we add into this list one more value – local community.
25 years of independence taught us that local community is a source of healthy,
fair and humane qualities of person: ability for constructive labor,
